Riding on pedal cycles (2) Persons riding pedal cycles on a public road shall ride in single file except in the course of overtaking another pedal cycle, and two or more persons riding pedal cycles shall not overtake another vehicle at the same time. Pure Savage Posted September 7, 2016 Share I saw a guy in Claremont with 1m of conduit attached to his seat post with some metal/reflector on the end of it, making sure all cars give him 1m passing space.
