Glomail / Verimark had a gadget with the electric pads years ago and it worked well for targeting specific muscles. Doesn't really have the same effect as a compound muscle movement though, so you could easily end up with big unbalanced muscles. This Bodytech suit thing might be better.

 

Not sure about how healthy this is? How contained are the electrical pulses? Some people might be sensitive and it could affect internal organs?

You sign dik waivers and are also required to submit Dr consent if there are any doubts on your health.

The contract is pretty clear about what you can and can't do when and how.

 

The pulses are pretty contained as the suit has ama plenty pads for the different muscle areas and its controlled off a console that has individual controls so you can set the levels according to your comfort.

Shortcutters are welcome to have a go on this. In my experience, spending half an hour getting dressed for a 20 minute workout is not productive. 50 minutes flat out on the rollers, I intuitively think, will make you much faster than 20 minutes looking like post-op Steve Austin.
