Vredendal has got excellent training ground, howling winds, sandy stretches, tanneklap corrugations, while enjoying the beauty of the mountains and the vineyards, must say I'm enjoying myself again.....

Good tip that one didn"t think of the speedo and I don't use it normally. Good conditions for kit testing fresh snow this morning and temperatures to drop too -15 minus 20 next week maybe I should do some early morning commutes for kit testing.

So regret not taking up the offer from a friend to camp out there in 2015

These boots are much lighter and far more comfortable than the previous model and also seem far more durable. Im happy to pack and post. It is NOT a bike race where power transfer is important and 'pfft, I can ride the portages'... In fact, there will likely be some days when you will push your bike up some gentle gradient gravel roads just because.
