Ouch. They did have a few cracks at him.

To be fair to Dumoulin he just said what everyone feels.. they are so busy watching him and worried about losing and not trying to win that they let Pinot go up the road.. Pinot was not a threat to Dumoulin but to them..and Pinot is gaining ground on them.. so if they do end up losing podium positions because of the way they are riding then they deserve it... and that's what he said... and I agree. Actually refreshing seeing a GC guy call a spade a spade

Tom lost some cool points with me in interview, saying he hopes Nibs and Quintana lose their podium spots. There are still two days of climbing coming up. His attitude on the podium on stage 16 as well was very unbecoming.

If that made him lose points in your book, how deep in the red is Nibali and NQ by now??

Get your popcorn. .

Whahahahaha

This is hilarious. .some mind games going on.. Dumoulin has Nibali in quite a hissy fit now.. tomorrow Nibali will try and go prove a point and explode something spectacularly ..and perhaps even Quintanna cause I think they have almost reach the point of desperation cause they can't shake him

The difference is:

1. Nobody really excpected TD to win in the first place.

2. If he does lose his podium place, he didn't do so by riding like a deekhead.

3. If Nibali does win, people will remind him that he only won because he attacked when somebody took a dump.

4. If TD wins, he would have done so against the odds, against favorites who rode together to beat him, he would also have done it without many team mates.

Looks he is being chirpy, and that is dangerous.

However, he took NQ sprinting him for bonus points after he waited for him, on the chin.

He took the fact that Nibali pushed on when he took a poo, on the chin. He even publicly said as much.

The fact that negative racing is what set him off is actually not such a bad thing.
