not on TR so cant view page,

But looking at this TR gives double the S/S  vs Strava

I use Strava (must me a Strava Premium subscriber and Today's Plan. Today's Plan only works for cycling, no multi-sport capability but it provides endless a amounts of data and analysis. Sucks info straight from Garmin just like TP and Strava do. CTL on Today's Plan and Strava (Fitness)  are virtually identical for my profile.

CTL=60, nice...

My ATL=50 is heading more there than my CTL=40 at the moment, but just started a new program so busy ramping trailing load up at the moment.

Gents ,

Have this ever happened to you guys.

Current Form is +6, so should be very fresh  .. but legs feel extremely heavy and little eina.

Have intervals planned for tonight but legs telling me you are crazy, form telling me you need to.

Is this a normal?

Do I listen to F&F or legs?

Tnx

Whoooh, already slacking! Do your intervals. Its supposed to be hard.

If you dont stick to your plan, you cant expect results.

+6 not very fresh hey

Remember it's only an algorithm

Our life pressures and responsibilities also sap our freshness although it's not accounted for

Like Patch suggested, to build higher peaks of form, there's no way around spaghetti noodle legs and sore lower back.

Not yet on program...this is still on my homemade follow strava F&F mix everything together and see what happens program.

Did a hardish ride on Sunday , had recovery ride Yesterday ,have a intervals planned today, speed tomorrow and hills on Friday ..... but legs feels strange and suffering from DOMS ..

Could this be nutrition related ?

I'm struggling to maintain Fitness score and only on 67- basically you need 14 hours a week to maintain.

But ja...intervals it is tonight

When was your last rest day/s?

I found that my legs feel heavy even though my form was positive if I have taken more than one consecutive rest day.

Try to not take more than one rest day. If you are tired just go for a easy spin (active recovery) until your body has recovered. Try it.........worked for me.

Sometimes my legs feel heavy, aka just asleep and a little session is all they need,

I've had workouts where I started feeling vey fresh, and eager and just fell apart mid way.

I foresee you will not stick to plan if you are already complaining!

My form is -17 and still managed 5 hard hill repeats this morning

Train in the negative , Race in the positive

Gents this question has nothing to do with me VS intervals VS heavy legs VS cant ride or complete plan..believe me , if I need to do 10X Glen/Kloof tonight, with this heavy legs,I will be able to do it no problem.

Its got to do with the above,

So in theory Train in negative and race in positive , so when you reach positive, that =  should be fresher then what you are during your period in negative form.

So what I'm asking is, is it normal to feel heavy legs when your form indicates that you should be fresh?

Basically what my legs are saying and Strava saying are not the same.

But from answers received , legs probably just having a moody day

Thx For response gents
