Hahaha....please post details of your Scalpel diet and post-diet metrics.

PS: I like the new road bike!

Thanks JCZA.

Only doing a few "minor" changes.  Budget is on limit at the moment so doing what I can.....

Tubeless tyres and stages will add to the weight but hopefully I can land her around the 11kg mark.

Previous Scalpel was 10.7kg with Enve wheelset so it is going to be a stretch getting to 11 with the ZTR Rapid wheelset.

We'll see.

The bike looks amazing and I hear only good things from my team mates doing km's on theirs....

My oupa het altyd gesê goeie begrip het 'n halwe woord nodig......

I think the guy refers to mud and grind getting into everything.

I truly hope you have a better setup to wash your bike.........  :whistling:

I know a couple of guys who regularly took a power washer to their MTB`s and ended up with pretty much the same symptoms :)

Me, bucket of hot water with sunlight :)

That's what I was told and looking at the clearance with a 32T this sounds correct. However, someone mentioned a spacer that will put the ring further away from the frame.

That's what the Factory Team racers must be using ????????

As a matter of interest my Flash (Scalpel with the rear suspension locked :) ) also can only take a 34t.

It looks the best in all black. was getting that one until Absa paid for our Epic entry

Was going to name it after Evander Holyfield. A fierce and strong black fighting machine missing half his face...

A spacer may work, but not ideal - this will give you a horrible chain line
