News in that Sagan has lost his 2nd place....

Not officially confirmed yet.

That'll be fair

Cant imagine Sagan intending to take someone out, rather defending his space

Hope Cav' is able to continue

I dont think the elbow caused Cav to crash but the fact that 2 riders went for same gap. Cav took gap at same moment Sagan came over wheel on same side. Happy for me and Demare as I had R200 on him at 9-1

Nice one. I fancy Demare for another podium or two

Whether there was space or not should not be an issue.  An elbow into the barriers is totally unacceptable.

KNOB move by Sagan - you can't excuse that.

And I don't. . It really isn't cool.. sprints are dangerous enough without body parts all over.. he has paid a hefty price for that..

Also hearing that Lotto Soudal manager Marc Sergeant has spoken to the jury as well. He claims Sagan elbowed Greipel yesterday.

"I was just following Demare round, and then Sagan just came over. I get on with Peter well but I don't get it... if he came across it's one thing, but the elbow... I'm not a fan of him putting his elbow in like that. I get on with Peter, a crash is a crash, but i'd just like to know about the elbow."

Cav', not optimistic about his shoulder

There was a crash on the L as well

Thus far, the team doctors are as busy as the team mechanics
