Can anyone give more info on this race.  I know very little about what a recce entails and how it will pertain to this race.  Should I carry takkies with me - like will I need to walk/hike/bundu bash somewhere?

Any advice?

Great event. Tough terrain. Only gripe was the end. Very unnecessary to make us do a loop in Highland Gate especially when not on gps file and very dangerous +200km into the event.
