The guy rides a 29er in Gauteng and your advice is a Magic Mary?? I'm riding the Argus in March. Should I get a Magic Mary for that too?

Oh, so every 29er is an xc bike then? And xc bikes can't have aggressive tyres?

And I quote: "im looking for a all good rounder on all terrain nd wet and dry"

That pretty much sums up the magic, in my opinion.

EDIT: And no, they wouldn't fit your road bike, and the tar would eat them alive. :P

It is and it isnt, however,we do not speak underwater Hebrew

Further to that - we don't understand anything spoken underwater - it might not actually be hebraic... could be anything... serbo croat for example......

I would go Ground Control back and Purgatory or Butcher front. Since you are in Gauteng, which is by definition Spez country.  :whistling:

And get the Spez Grid variant with the thicker sidewalls, not the cheaper ones.

That combo will push my OCD to the limit

At least stick with the same brand by going Barzo front and Saguaro rear.

Yeah, definitely not the Control Casing. GRID all the way.

GC is also a good option, for a fast rolling rear.

And as you can see, there are no definite best combo award. Everybody has their own riding style, budget and use what works best for them.

Good luck, or maybe for you to understand, Gud luk

Ek het 'n nuwe koppie koffie gemaak. Ek is nou baie rustig...

Please excuse the soutie Afrikaans.

Nothing wrong with that code speak, as the Souties I know call it.

Thanks man. I'm REALLY out of practice. Considering getting a few beginner level afrikaans books just to have a refresh. You really lose it quickly if you're not practicing it all the time. I used to live with 4 Pretorianers when I was in the UK, so I got it really finely tuned back then. Now - my soutie tongue spits out funny sounding words that people take a while to digest.

Afrikaans is maklik. (Die meisies ook...)

Rol net 'n paar zolle, steek aan, trek diep in en dan is alles "ja man" en "jou ma". Die kaap is mos lekker chill.

Problem ge-fix
