Sagan could have picked any team he wanted, but he decided on the big fish in small pond tactic, this has its pros and cons. 'Dale Posted April 2, 2018 Share I can understand Sagan's frustration but he should perhaps focus on his own team's tactics and weaknesses instead of expecting other teams to race in such a way as he wants them to race.At some point, in the final hour where the finalè was shaping, Oss from Bora' was trying to control the gap to the break and took the wind for about 10 mins. And then Sagan tried to counter Terpstra's breakaway effort after the Kwaremont by pushing the chase forward with little or no support. And then an eventual solo chase in desperation. I reckon these are some of the moments that led to his comments. Above all else, beautiful racing ????
