Opening hours will remain the same as currently set for weekends, 7am to 6pm, and as usual our team of marshals will be on duty along the Mast road and around our current detours.

Awesome. Well done to the Bike Park and Tokaimtb! Just a question though, why did it need a donation for the extra day?

Yeah I don't understand either. Is it FREE on Human Rights day? Or does the donation cover the employee overtime cost?

We have marshals employed over weekends/when Tokai is open to provide early detection for security and also help guide users to the detour. This helps ensure that people are not accidentally straying into the gum compartments which have recently resumed logging, and the safety thing is self explanatory but essential in light of incidents in the past.

Long and winding road comes to mind.. we've tried.

Awesome. Thanks for the deets. Was impressed to bump it to the TokaiMTB ute last Sat am on the way to Cobra trailhead. If I'd not been so darn hot and bored of climbing (aka running out of breath) I would have thanked you guys for all your hard work and efforts over the last couple of years to get us back and riding.
