Slowbee Posted March 17, 2017 Posted March 17, 2017 Hey Guys. Was posted on another thread about riding all the trails in the western cape. Got me thinking about where these trails are. Thought it would be a good idea to start a thread. Will try and link these trails to reviews done on the hub by hubbers. Also try and link contact details and such. With a few being in the WC perhaps we can group them to area. So lets get this list started by defining areas, so we can put in 3 x pink slip leave forms. Stellenbosch Surrounds Cape Town Durbanville Paarl Worcester Grabouw Ceres Overberg (Hermanus, gaansbaai area) Cedaberg Robertson Montague ??

Roam Rooiberg trails are on the other side of Robertson at the Rooiberg winery. Marloth Nature reserve just outside Swellendam has trails. Grootvadersbosch has amazing trails. Basically between Heidelberg and Barrydale I'll branch out a bit on trails that haven't been mentioned. Bredasdorp has the Southernmost Fund trails that are managed by Naas Vermaak (a hubber)Gansbaai has lekker trails on the Baardskeerdersbos side of the mountain. Hermanus has the Hemel en Aarde trails. Botrivier has Wildekrans. Greyton has lekker trails. Just outside of Darling the trails on Wolwefontein is lekker. Bo-Piketberg needs no introduction. Houdenbek trails at Op-Die-Berg is a weekend trip well spent. Sanddrift trails in the Cederberg as well.
