I am using Sony Vega.  Easy enough to compile the video.  Easy to learn, and strong enough for what I want to do.

 

And then wheels come of BIG TIME !!

 

 

The rendered files are perfect for PC .... but I just cant get sorted to render it for FB or YT ....

 

 

 

My GoPro has been in the bottom drawer for years due to me not getting sorted with the final rendering .....

 

 

 

Would be first price to figure out how to 

1) render directly from Sony Vega to FB file size

2) some "converter" that actually WORKS .... (tried so many, but somehow this remains an issue ... )

 

Alternatively I would have to get new software that can actually handle the full process - from camera to uploading to FB.

BUT .. is it "4 times better" than the Makro units ?

 

 

My old GoPro dates back to series 2 .. of memory serves me.  So IF I can one day sort out rendering my videos then I may well be tempted ....

I used this on a motorbike track day, it was perfect on a 55" TV and that was at 720p 90 frames per second
