Mrs C, Tandeming is sooooo much fun!!!!!

 

Me and Chilli Pepper tried it and we were hooked from the start!!!

 

If you speak up, you'll have no problems. I do the motivating and instructing on gears etc from the back and she just focusses on the bunch.

 

If you're a bit of a sissy for speed, then the down hills are a bit nerve racking (especially if they go around corners!!!!) but just trust your pilot and don't lean to the other side!!Swearing helps for that!

 

Oh, and learn not to take anything that is said on the bike tooo seriously, you tend to express yourself rather clearly when you get to do something you wouldn't normally do on a single bike.

 

Other than communicate and trust your pilot, the rest is easy peasy!!!

Thanks Slowbee - did it because when I bought a tandem there was no info on how to ride one. When I launched it I tried to contact all tandem suppliers to offer them free space on the site to advertise their wares with outlets but regret zip came thru.

 

In the beginning I wanted to sell 2nd bikes but got so much spam that I killed the idea. Thanks for the compliment as the site is  bit stale and this has inspired me to update it.
