Frame Dilemma

I am looking at two frames, size is about the same, give or take 5mm.

The one is a 2008 Merida Road Lite 905 (race) and the other is a 2006 RC 8000. Both going for R2000(SAR)

What are your opinions, which is better value for money and which is the better frame?

here we go again.....You have a dilemna....I would go for the Merida.  No specific reason just personal choice.

Merida, just because it's newer and proberbly lighter.
