Hammer gel every hour .... Montana huckleberry flavour.... boiled baby potatoes individually wrapped in foil the night before, 1 an hour, dates as needed or desired, electrolyte drink, one tropical (caffeinated) hammer gel for psychological emergencies.

I enjoy fruit cake. Lots of nuts and fruit. It leaves a nice taste in your mouth.

Me too. And it tastes sweet when you puke in your mouth.

That is literally the only reason I ride for that long.....

You nailed it right there!

(and the beer right at the end of the ride)

 

Most of above sounds like a bloody tuck shop/canteen on wheels
