As in previous years, my strategy is the product of superior analytical skills, which entail standards of pure excellence, based on objective research, the data integrity of which is unassailable. Although highly classified, I am feeling generous today, so will disclose the selection criteria which my strict regime has encompassed. It's a 2 step process:- 1. If he is a saffa, he is in - no questions asked; 2. If I heard Phil mention his name in glowing terms even once he is in. If he danced on his pedals he got a 5 year contract. Let the games begin.
