I got my stolen bike back thanks to the Hub, years ago. Fella called Yang spotted it in Moz and made some plan for me. If, by ludicrous coincidence such bike was passed down from business owner to worker and the worker feels grieved, I assume they can attempt suing for the wrongful arrest? FYI, "Miranda" rights - from (Miranda v Arizona court case in the USA). We don't have the mandatory reading of constitutional rights, as far as i know.
