Xc trails in cape Town?

Looking for some XC trail recommendations please around cape town. I'm in milnerton

Depends on where in Cape Town you are and how far you are willing to travel to get to trails.

There are dozens of options within a 50km ride from the City.

If you can specify where you are someone will be able to point you in the right direction.

What sort of XC. XCO or XCM.

 

XCO I'd suggest a few.

 

Coetzenburg (next to g spot and at Stellies uni)

Laps of Conters Revised into Die Kloof and back up via the Rhino climb

Hoogekraal (Laps of Cobra for tech and then the whole shebang for fitness)

Bloemendal.

Rhodes Mem

Table Mountain

Tokai (loads of tech and the climbing is great)

Jonkers

 

All of those and all the tech trails should give you a good mix of fitness and tech exposure to succeed in XCO.

 

If XCM, Morondull is your friend.
