Never used VT / Rouvey for structured training BUT I have seen a Structured Training tab somewhere on their homepage....

I don't know Trainerroad but in VT/Rouvy you can get hold of a number of structured workouts and plans.

 

You can also create your own.

I have a Kickr Core - So on TR i run in erg mode, when doing a pre-selected route on ROUVY do i have to change from erg to slope or does it do it automatically ?

I don't have the Kickr Core, but with my H2 and previously my Tacx Vortex I didn't have to manually change anything in Rouvy.

the app should determine what mode the trainer runs in. Check your workout settings in each app and make sure its where you want it.

TR = ERG

Rouvy = free
