Hi Gents,

 

Can someone please point me in the right/best position, looking for a bikefitting company in Cape Town that can help me with more spicifcly saddle sore prevention setup,i have had a few set ups but cant seem to shake sadle sores.

I stand corrected, but is that not more a soft skin problem than a fitment one?

 

like blisters on hands and feet, yes you can adjust gloves and shoes but to a certain extent you need to harden the skin up as well...

Last Resort is saddle, that being said , had probably have 5 at home and have tried a lot more

I do roughly 10+ hours a week, believe me its like leather down there, just ask the doc that had to cut it out.

Hi , don't mind chatting about it in the open, might be helpful for someone in the future.

 

I have had a few normal ones that come and goes, but have 2 major ones that's really getting to me.

Its on the side, left side normally flares up ,then I adjust the way I sit on saddle to avoid it only to create another one on the right. Then finally I move all the way to the front only to cause another one there... yes horrible.

 

Noticed some bike fitting shops have a load sensors that they place over saddle to see how you move during rides , this will probably best with my situation.

 

Any bike fit shop in CT have that?
