Zane1976 Posted December 21, 2017 Posted December 21, 2017 Hi guys...Wanting to upgrade my wheelset on my giant trance2 adv.2016.Ecc hubs with stans flow mk3 rims.Going to do upgrade through axle 135 qr to a 142×12.Anyone done this build and what are your thoughts on rims and hubs??? Build will cost R8850.

nox1111 Posted December 22, 2017 Posted December 22, 2017 Sheesh, that seems very expensive for that setup.I am running WTB i29 Assyms on my Adv 2016 on Bitex (darkhorse) hubs - cost a whole lot less than that, and is pretty light and has taken plenty a beating with no issues.

Demetri Posted December 30, 2017 Posted December 30, 2017 Just buy the hubs and send it to Wayne at www.rapide.co.za. He build good quility wheels and it won't leave your pockets empty. Thats what i did.
