What do you do?

What do you do?Think the best approach would be to post original picture and new picture. Then we can see the severity and problem and advise accordingly.

And you should be willing to post the item back to him assuming that he pays postage. If this fails; negative trader feedback, as well as a thread to warn other hubbers of him. Edit: Send the URL of this thread to him-two sides to every story.

I'm very curious to hear the justification from the seller... but fear we won't get it in this case from the horse's mouth as it is very difficult to justify. You got duped. Give him a week to try and explain his side and then go Rate him on trader feedback.

Send him the case number and even if he offers to repay you your money, he has already defrauded you so you could and should proceed with the matter.
