When a hubber contacts you about a product you want, and you request a photo, make the deal, pay, and

when this product arrives its nowhere near what the condition as indicated by the photo which was sent to you.

This person then refuses to refund you and take the product back.

What do you do?

Think the best approach would be to post original picture and new picture.

Then we can see the severity and problem and advise accordingly.

first you challenge the sender about it and encourage him to make right ...or whatever

thats what " trader  feedback " is for ......(tell him that to)

if that doesnt work start a friday thread and thrash him :whistling:

Obviously confront him first.

I would ask for a refund bar postage costs. I think someone with integrity should be willing to do this. And you should be willing to post the item back to him assuming that he pays postage.

If this fails; negative trader feedback, as well as a thread to warn other hubbers of him.

Edit: Send the URL of this thread to him-two sides to every story.

two photos attached...........

Whoa Nelly!

Pitchfocks Locked and Loaded.

I'm very curious to hear the justification from the seller... but fear we won't get it in this case from the horse's mouth as it is very difficult to justify.

You got duped.

Give him a week to try and explain his side and then go Rate him on trader feedback.

Go to you local cop shop and lay a charge of fraud and get a case number.

They will bitch and say you can't, but you can and should.

Send him the case number and even if he offers to repay you your money, he has already defrauded you so you could and should proceed with the matter.

Ok that is just taking the piss.

Name the man and send him a PM alerting him to this thread and asking him for a response.

Give him a day or 3 to respond - if nothing comes through give him a kaaak seller rating.

Fark that is shameless.
