I have already received a free replacement strap, so I know I have to buy the next one ... but where ?? Their site is useless, it just takes you around in circles ! Oh ja, it's a Multisport watch - Spark 2 I think

HdB Posted February 13, 2018 Posted February 13, 2018 Takealot lists some, but not nearly as many options as a month or two ago. I've ordered a bunch of replacement straps from China, as a test. The fit is not great, but at least I will still be able to wear my watch when my current one breaks.
Ferro Posted February 13, 2018 Posted February 13, 2018 Ordered straps from aliexpress. As mentioned above, they may not be as comfortable as the originals (but not unwearable). They work and are cheap enough to order as replacements plus some for spare but be prepared to wait.

I received my notification to come fetch the package two weeks after I had already fetched the package.Another package, not from China, is stuck in limbo somewhere in Bloem... but no-one answers mails, etc. I suspect by the time I get them, we'll be on an entirely different standard of tyre

Just state in the email you unhappy that there are no replacement parts available. Took less than a month to arrive. Ps: Theres only funny colours available like pink and white and orange

I need one I went through this pain about 8 months ago, but the site was a lot more user friendly.I dug up the old mail they sent me, and even if I click the reply link in the mail it takes me back to the current site and then it's just a nightmare. But to answer your question, the first time I queried it on their site, I was able to send a mail to their support center. I got a prompt reply from a gent that took all the details. He explained that the first replacement strap is replaced under warranty. I supplied my shipping details and 5 days later I had a new strap. Now that I know the answer, they have changed the fkn question !!

I had to basically give away my last watch because the strap was going to cost 500 to replace. When I bought my new garmin I made sure that the strap could accommodate a generic strap. A year down the line and I already need to replace the bloody thing. Fortunately I'm now accessible to Amazon and can buy garmin straps for cheap.... But try do that in SA!
