DT Swiss 350 Boost Hubs

Hi Hubbers,

I have just bought a wheelset with DT Swiss 350 boost hubs. The previous owner shaved down the end caps to try and fit the wheels into a non-boost frame and fork. I have since bought the wheelset and wish to replace the shaved end caps with the original ones to fit my boost frame and fork. I have been trying to source them online and find information but haven't really gotten anywhere.

My Q: Are these 'boost' end caps the same as the end caps for the normal 15x100 350 hubs?

Thanks for the help!

Dont think so since BOOST spacing is 110mm

Have searched everywhere for boost end caps and come back with nothing.

Could it not be the same end cap as the regular 350 hub because the actual hub is wider so the end caps be the same size?

Could be, best is to call the DT Swiss importers in SA they know their stuff...ask them what you need and model number and then go order that from a bike shop

perhaps look on their website for technical manuals on boost and non-boost hubs. you might be able to see if they are the same or not.

I have tried this option, with no success.

Just got a hold of a DT Swiss service department and confirmed that the end caps are the same for both the boost and regular spaced hubs. The additional spacing for boost is in fact between the flanges of the hub.

Now to try and source some end caps...

Try Spez and Giant concept stores. Roval wheels and some Giant wheels use DT hubs.

Thanks Droo! Got a Spez store ordering me some, hoping they fit and arrive before the weekend so I can ride ????

The search continues. Contacted Evobikes, concept Cyclery (busy trying to make a plan with the wheel at the moment), the DT Swiss Distributors (Get Stoked) and Solomon Cycles with no luck.

Get Stoked are still awaiting their stock which is only landing in March.

If anyone has any spare ones lying around or where to source some, it will be gladly appreciated!

Otherwise, the search continues...
