Has anyone recently managed to make contact with Bikeinn?

 

I have been trying to get in contact with them for the past 10 days with no luck.

I have a question pertaining a certain groupset and need some clarification before I buy, but I have filled in two of those forms asking for clarification, I have sent an email to the only email address I could find: customer@tradeinn.com and even attempted to call them - no luck.

 

Has anyone managed to get hold of them recently using a different manner, or should I just buy elsewhere? (Would prefer not to do this as they have a really good price on the item I want).

If that is the case, has anyone ever purchased from them? If so, how was the buying experience? Did you recieve the correct items and on time?

same happened to me, best i found was to use their useless on site support. it was the best way of getting through to them, they really cheap but there service is ok to terrible

Have bought from them once, they sent the item DHL Post which goes into the SAPO system and takes months to be delivered.

 

Had no issues with ordering, paying and receiving updated on when item was shipped.

Their delivery options are indicated as SAPO or DHL (at a considerable cost).

I'd hate to pay the premium and have stuff end up at SAPO.

That's where I am at the moment.

Ordered at the end of January. Took ages to arrive in SA, then got stuck in SAPO/Customs for weeks until they answered an email by asking for proof of purchase. Now it's sitting at Cape Mail...

Used them hassle free last year. I paid for the DHL shipping option. (Glad I did)

You can maybe try tweeting them in spanish, then send them a DM when they respond.

So it is DHL to your door rather than to SAPO.?

Sure, but seems like money well spent.

Always worth it yes.

I just wish Bike24 would start using DHL express rather than DHL Paket

exactly my experience - its not products or the pricing or bikeinn themselves (always get my order eventually)but for some reason the way thier parcel seems to end up at SAPO and the nonsense begins there ....no tracking no notifications endless delays ..............or pay crazy DHL shipping rates

 

 

they reply to emails but cant help you with SAPO

My package finally arrived at the local post office on about 10th May. Luckily it wasn't an urgent item...

 

Summary:No problem with BikeInn  :thumbup: 

SAPO just took forever to process and clear and then send the package  :cursing:
