Is anyone here sick? I heard a bunch of people have picked up bugs from EL, perhaps all the rain washing the k*k into the ocean(?), I don't know.

I'm hundreds, but I also didn't drink the tap water in EL while I was there. Didn't drink any ocean water during the swim either [emoji23]

 

I think a lot of people get sick due to their body being fatigued after the race, especially when your post race nutrition is beers and pizza.

None that I know of, maybe they're just hungover from Buccaneers?

How was the change over to Biogen for the race?

Great for me. I used their gels and prefer the coffee favoured one.

 

The energy drink will be Biogen Carbogen so you'll want to get that if you intend to use the on course nutrition.

 

I also just tried their nougat energy bars this weekend. The chocolate flavoured one is delicious.
