kosmonooit Posted August 27, 2018 Posted August 27, 2018 I have not followed the whole season in great detail.Besides flat tires/punctures, I did notice some drive chain issues too. Is the problem 1 x related or manufacturer related? Weren't chain problems meant to be a thing of the past with 1 by?

It is with SRAM 1x11 and 1x 12 Eagle But things do break sometimes. wolftooth and Absolute black chainrings seems to retain the chain better hence all my pals still using Shimano have ditched the OEM NW chainrings for WT or AB. That’s their feedback. I’ve used SRAM exclusively since going 1x . Conditions were muddy so anything is possible when you throw mud into a drivetrain
