Knee was fine ,just after last long race it hurt like just under kneecap, so I dont know maybe something on bike is worn, did last bike setup 4 years ago and all was fine

I would go to Mowbray to Dave at TheGearChange (not entirely Northern Burbs, but worth the trip just past Pinelands)

PS - when you get to the Meerendal gate, tell the security you have an appointment with Irma and they will let you drive in the extra 30m to the parking lot at Crown Restaurant.  Her office is next to Crown.
