I weigh 73kg and 1.67m tall. I live in Northcliff, however any clubs around Jhb West Rand will be perfect. I have been running for 2 years. My 21k running time was 2h14 and 58min 10k. I was averaging 30-50k per week in training and club runs. I'm not sure about cycling, but running can be addictive and I ended up overdoing it and hurt myself. I suffered shin splits injury beginning of September resulting in DVT and I'm currently recovering until December. I trust this is enough information.

Quite a few in the classifieds that will suite you. As for clubs in your area check with northcliff cycles and the good old linden cycles. They should be able to assist you with that.

Bianchi Vertigo and Bianchi Intenso.I test rode both today. I feel not much the wiser to be honest. The Vertigo I got to ride for 10 minutes or so and the intenso for 5! The Vertigo looks amazing and is a lovely comfortable ride. The Intenso felt super fast and responsive - both great really. Any thoughts?

Bianchi is one of the best, most historic brands out there.
