Boa kit arrived today! Thats super...now to watch a Youtube video to replace.

Also had fantastic after sales service from BOA for my 5+ year old Spez shoes.

They send me a replacement pair and a spare set pair at no cost (parts or shipping).

 

Mine were ordered on 28 Dec last year and arrived via DHL on the 3rd of Jan. Seems like they're no longer using local post office which is great.

Purchased Louis Garneau Granite II MTB Shoes in August 2020. BOA laces have frayed and kinked.

I just placed my order on the BOA website - 30 June 2021. 

I will update if/when received so you guys know what to expect.

UPDATE: Boa Warranty Kit received Friday 9 July 2021.

After waiting for the SAPO for a while, i finally collected my replacement dials. Found it easy enough, after watching a couple of You Tube videos, to replace the dials and laces on both my shoes in about 20min.

How long did it take for you to get notification from SAPO that it had arrived after it was sent? I haven't heard anything since mine were sent on 11 March.

It could arrive any day now...

It took a while to get my replacement into the country, and it spent quite some time stuck at customs, according to the tracking info. I finally got a notification that it's ready for collection early in April. (Almost two months from submitting it on their website until received)

Next time, I’ll definitely just pay the $20 for courier delivery.

Mine took 2 months to arrive.
