Great you found the (correct) thread!

Have you consulted a Dietician upon moving over to veganism?

Very helpfull as they can assist and make sure you get all your micro nutrients as well.

Edited by anybody seen george?

I know right! Just ignore these guys. I talked about veganism on a different thread and they got mad.

No no, you spoke about veganism on a random thread and they told you to go to the right thread.

Then you got snarky and the people reacted.

That's how life works.

I am glad that you have taken the steps to move to a plant based diet. That's awesome.

Now the trick is to not be a schmuck about it.

Hope your journey lasts more than a few weeks, we are routing for you.

My brother did, she said there's not much to it than taking a few supplements. B12 is one of the important things vegans don't get in. It's only found in meat, but animals don't produce B12, B12 is produced by bacteria....

Bacteria in the cows gut, afaik. So yes, the cow does produce b12

Most animals get B12 from dirt and fecal matter ingested with the grass and forage they eat. It's not a natural bacteria in their gut but it does grow in their gut. But I don't see the point you're trying to make.

Perhaps he's trying to say people should try eating cow **** in stead of a Vit B 12  supplement?

Note that the above is in comic sans, I'm just kidding  ;)  :)

Drop your questions and experiences here in this thread. Lots of folks visit it, so it’ll get seen.

Remember to get your nutrition dialled - do your research and if you’re not sure, ask.

And yes, vegan ???? is hard AF. Just wait until you get a taste of vegan ????. So sweet.
