I am back in cape Town after being away for a good few years. Who runs the best workshops? Your bike comes back in great shape, no snafus, good pricing...

Stoke is first prize for most. Never had to take it back and for suspension work there is no one else. Both the 'droos have a good pinch of nerd and OCD that means it's 110% right.

There are a lot of options depending on where you live. Bikemob down Tokai way, Clinton at the Bike Park (Uitsig), Freewheel Cycology have been great as well. To be honest it's more like who would you avoid in the Southern 'burbs.

As Dirt Tracker says, there are few if any to avoid in the southern suburbs and some worth special mention.

Aside from those already mentioned, The Gear Change in Mowbray is worth looking at, and BMC in Salt River always features on the workshop referrals list.

In the Deep South it's definitely Ian and Chris at Cranx in Sun Valley.

I do it myself but if I get stuck it's off to STOKE !!

They will give you all the advice you need.

And if stuck

You just take them all the pieces

Never been let down!

Trail and Tar in Tokai has been my go to for last couple years.

I pass a few bike shops on my way to them, you should give them a go.
