rorydewet Posted March 4, 2019 Share Hi all Please help. My wife and I both have Garmin devices. She has a Forerunner 750xt while I have the Forerunner 35. We both connect via the devices to Garmin Connect and from there to Strava. We follow each other on Strava. My problem is when ever I ride alone, on STRAVA it tracks my ride, plus says wife rode with me and gives her same ride stats as mine, even if she never actually rode with me. It also then credits her on her STRAVA with the ride Can anyone guide me on how to unlink us?

Sounds to me like you are using the the same Garmin Connect app/account which is connected to Strava. slickjay007
Pulse Posted March 4, 2019 Share I agree with Bateleur Check if the correct Garmin Connetc app/account is linker to her strava account. Other than that, it may be that the FR35 is linked to her Garmin Connect account as well. Is it the same training file that is allocated to both, or does it show difference between the two Strava accounts? (HR/Speed/rider info, etc..) Could be that the devices are registered in more than one Connect instance? is that possible? How about turning one phone off, do the ride, see what happens. mecheng89 Posted March 4, 2019 Share 2 different people = 2 exclusive GC/Strava accounts, else it won't work.
ChrisF Posted March 4, 2019 Share 2 different people = 2 exclusive GC/Strava accounts, else it won't work. Can they share an email address ? Or must everything in the registration be unique ?
