It is up to them to enforce what ever rules they see fit. What I wanted to know is what fell cyclists feel about the use of cell phones while cycling. Team selfies while riding is one thing - but what about text messages and taking calls?

Obviously it is a risk that I'm taking, but as long as I'm not riding in a bunch then I'll take a call or reply with a voice note (typing with LF Gloves is frustrating.)

I sent to a note to the organisers to get clarification on the rules before having the true *to the guy at the front of bunch* type thread. Short socks and short gloves solves everything.
