I would not waste my money...............put an extra bottle in the middle back pocket of your shirt !

What would you suggest?

I raced enduro motorbikes with one like that(Just older model) for 7 years, burst a bladder in a 90kmh accident and they replaced the bladder for free. Nothing wrong with the product if you just needing it to carry liquid.

Personally I prefer riding mtb with 2 bottles but each to their own.

Great if you need extra water on road (think SBR route) or for light mtb duties. But any rough stuff will have it bouncing all over the place. For my uses as a roadie with occasional light mtb action it is perfect. But without proper belly straps it won`t work for more rough rides.

you mean, go without camelbak and fill bottles at water points?

2 bottles should suffice............either top up at races or stop somewhere on a ride

On a summers day 4/5hr ride I consume around 5 liters of water. No way 2 water bottles will suffice - trying to find the water points to fill up that many times in just a pain in the arse. I'm all for riding without a Camelbak unless I have to - but sometimes you have to.

OP, Camelbak is awesome - had a Mule that lasted over 10 years. I replaced it because it got a bit smelly, but the pack did not have much wear or damage. Replaced with an Osprey because I like their tool role - also worth a look (also have a great warranty).

The classic does not have a belly strap. So it can bounce. Get a slightly better one rather. Great product though

Agreed. I'd say go for a MULE. Great product, great brand

I have a blue Camelbak Mule or Lobo (cant remember which one now) that I am going to get rid of. It was used for 1 Tour de Tuli.

DM me if you want, will take 50% of retail price.

^^^ Great deal.
