Not sure if it was for industry associates only or if the public were invited too? Would be interesting to hear how it went, what the vibe is for the store, etc....

I went there looking for a top cap chain break tool...Nope, not ALL gone... there's still a popup store with a few odds and ends 100m up the road from the (now) Trek Concept Store. Ask at the Trek store if u cant find it. Come to think of it, i think i have a brand new top cap chain breaker tool from the swat kit available if you dont come right at the store.

I'm happy with my three Treks although trying to get replacement anything from Trek... 《rolls eyes》

I spoke to two sales people in the Trek store and nether mentioned the pop up. One said that all the top cap tools were sold and the other that Bontrager is soon bringing out its own version. [emoji848] Dunno what to make of it. Happy to buy the tool from you if you don't want it.

Much less so when I heard that the unique Trek design means there is no tool to extract the collapsed outer bearing race from the beautifully counter-sunk design .... but dont worry, this is a common problem, so we do have a new hub to sell you .... No, you cant replace the rear shock ..... if you dont like the shock, you buy the same spec from Trek only .... as their unique design excludes other options .... I loved the handling of the bike ! But maintaining it soon became it rail pain ....
