We did a couple rides along the roads as the weather was iffy and we did not have much time

Good call on the Tallboys, the best trails like Helderberg, Stellies, Jonkers are all more fun on FS. Singlespeeds are a rare sight over here.

I can’t do that because I was schooled in Durban.

 

My reference to the Epic was based on the fact that this race is the only time I have done a Mtb race in the Western Cape
