Got a new pair of dials delivered from Austria in less than a week. Free of charge. Excellent service.

Do they replace the dials only once per pair of shoes or will they send a warranty replacement each time something happens?

I would guess they do, because the warranty is for the life of the product and not of one set of dials.

Just wanted to add a +1 here.

I logged the broken dial on 17 Jan and received a new one from Austria on 20 Jan free of charge.  Incredible!

Thanks for the info on this thread

The warranty service from BOA is really next level, broken lace, logged fault, 4 days later new replacement set. :)

Thanks OP for starting this thread.

This is what great service looks like! And the consequence of that is that when I do replace my existing shoes, I will make sure that my new ones also have BOA dials. BOA customer for life!

I'm so impressed by BOA.  the right upper dial on my 2FO shoes broke somewhere during a ride.  I submitted a claim on the 21st Feb.  Just received a SMS, DHL is delivering the replacements today.

Good service still exist !!!

Damn I should’ve looked at this topic earlier, my one cable is a bit frayed too timing is less than ideal with tour du cap around the corner

Register your claim, they are quick to react/respond, just maybe you get it in time.

Edit:  Never mind, I see you start on 2nd, that's a bit short notice even for them ... 🤪

I did, it should hold still a little while, hopefully it doesn’t snap in a sprint 🤦‍♂️

The cable itself still look intact, its only the plastic cover/sheave that's damaged.  It should hold up 100%.  Enjoy the race.

You can just buy fishing line with metal core at most angleshops and use that as cable... Been doing that for years
