Had crappy service from Edgars (still waiting for my kids' clothes 6 weeks on, the winter will be over by the time they get their winter clothes).

I’m so gatvol of them phoning me every day to ask if I want to setup a payment plan for my account. I’m fully up to date, yet they keep telling me the account is in arrears. The statement online shows R0.00 due.

Pretty soon they won't be able to phone you any longer  :mellow:

Not a big online order junkie...I like to look, touch, fit, get my hands on...but I have placed 2 online orders during L4 both turned out incorrect model/size etc....despite very clear descriptions on invoices and follow ups with actual calls to confirm availability...

And then the interminable wait for delivery...delays here I can understand, but just getting the order plain wrong is not a function of any disaster level and inexcusable....

Frustration Friday.....

We are having some fun with the couriers, but they really are going out of their way to keep me posted.

 

 

 

For clarity, within hours of the purchase they contacted me confirming stock issues.  They offered me alternative products or my cash back.  I am in no hurry for this particular product, so opted to wait.

 

 

Super impressed with their communication.  :thumbup:
