He can never say for certain if it is stolen or not. He is just making everyone aware that it may be stolen and to consider this when buying or to identify the owner.

So by not providing more info, a link, or even a picture, he has now dissuaded me from potentially buying ANY black and yellow giant HT, just because it IS stolen, MAYBE. See where this is going. For sure, it is going nowhere, perhaps. Definitely. Maybe.
