I contacted The Bike park and was going to do it through them but if it means we all get our permit on the same day then I'm happy. I can meet you at the Tokai office tomorrow morning to sort it out? You can take your application, photo ID's and R380 to uitsig bike park. They then head to the office with other applications likes yours and get the cards processed. Super easy. Nice group discount.
