Having shoulder surgery on 21st October, so a good time to service my Specialized EPIC FOX (future shock) rear shock; who to take it too, Omnico, or someone else?

Easy to strip off the bike to take in for a service?

Making a SQUELCHING/suction sound!

Thanks

Chris

What BaGearA said. Contrary to popular belief, the brain shock service through the dealer costs no more than a regular shock service, and the turnaround is a lot quicker. Just don’t expect to get the same shock back, they simply send you an already serviced one.

Regarding cost, I find it is in fact cheaper as no matter how buggered your shock is it always costs the same. At least that has been my experience. Can’t say the same for regulation front shock where I have got expensive service surprises in the past.

If it's a 2018 to 2020 Epic, be sure to tell them this.

There was an issue with some Brain shocks where air got into the system and then displayed these symptoms. I believe that it is generally a warranty fix.
