Annemiek flies away at 54 kms to go. I have de ja woes of the World Champs in the Yorkie Heuwels when she did the same. And stayed away.

riders getting shelled on this climb as AVV trundles off. I was planning a ride myself, but reckon watching AVV is good enough...

Can't understand why the Dutch hasn't put two riders on the front to bring it back within reach for the Gold. 

All the favourites are not even going to get a medal.

An Olympic gold medal would be the biggest win of most cyclists career, but it would be a huge one for Kiesenhofer. Her biggest results have been winning the National time trial results and the road race as she is a five time national champion. Apart from that she has won stage 3 of the Tour de l'Ardeche in 2016.
