I have had a few "dodgy looking" profiles which turned out to be perfectly legit. But not saying that this is the same but ya, we all had a profile that was once "only a month old" 😁

He can buy it no problem. It won’t get released before payment clears in your account

ask him what bank he's with , then just say your from the same one so an eft will be instant. If he asks you first then just say you have another account with the bank he'll say he's with then cause he definitely won't be with the bank you mention first.

 

if he insists on a payment service (90% he's a scammer then ) then refer him to bikehub pay

Everybody has to start with a new account .... not everybody is a scammer ....

This, however, is a plausible indicator that it is a scammer.
