Fine tune your team for the DC and Team Time Trial for 60 kilometres 2 weeks before the DC.

Teams to consist of 6 riders with the time of the 4th rider across the line to count as the team time.

So who are the names in the hat? Are we placing bets? Rumour has it that a team is rocking up that has an AVG FTP of 400w... just a rumour though...

Team Reality Dynamix blasted around the 30km route twice at an average speed of 48 kph to take 1st place followed by the UCI World Cycling Centre youngsters and then Team ASAP in 3rd. with 2 age group SA champs in their team and 2 guests Team RD broke their course record by 2 minutes. Will they break through the 50 kph barrier next year?
