How successful were they?

That, together with the statement that not all rides are "training".........

How successful were they?

Super successful guys working with renowned performance coaches and competing on the highest level. With one of them I'd venture a guess the only days off were for international travel and max 5 days due to illness.

I do believe not all rides are training and more so that not all uploads are even rides. Okes do their hikes and 20min jogs or golf or swimming in the off season and upload that too. I have no problem with that, but posting your 350 days active stat to IG where thousands of youngsters follow you should come with a disclaimer...

image.png.9270edcde74d6593d64124701e8ecd16.pngI like how you can clearly see I was a fun rider in 2019 (also the year my first was born). Then I had a COVID + kid inspired life re-evaluation in 2020 - changed jobs and decided to give competitive cycling another go. Also cool to see the two clear off-seasons in the last two seasons (@Jbr can attest to the importance of this). Off-season last year started a month earlier due to my second child's birth. My illness struggles in Sep and Nov last year also clearly visible.

@Jbr also not many 123-rest blocks visible on mine...
Although I'm seeing a few of the 12-sick blocks 😄

For me I think the main reason is that my "rest blocks" where 6 days low-hours, then a 4 hour race on the sunday 😅

Is that why americans moved the sunday as the 1st day of the week ? 😅
