I see Ashleigh Moolman-Pasio is in CT with her great programme she has started and the partnership with Khaltsha ladies cycling club, Today is actually the bike hand over to the club for the newly purchased bikes which were bought from donations. Seems like a Qhubehka type programme but for ladies, which I'm 100% behind. Just wondering if Ashleigh will both waking up early to do a 79km "race" with 3 "climbs" which are all less than 10mins at her pace I'm guessing. Would be cool to see her racing the CTCT though, or Maybe she can race in the $ bunch where I'm pretty sure she will be a contender.

I hear your disdain, I agree, but what is the alternative to avoid the ladies having an exclusive race with no men doing tactical towing etc AND avoiding the devastation that happened in PE a while back when the leading me caught the ladies and ploughed into the back of them?

so. yes. She is entered the ladies "race" from fish hoek that is there basically because of this sort of thing..
