Wahoo Kickr Core Service

Hi all. I realise there are one or two threads previously on this topic. I am however looking for someone who can service a 2 and half year old Wahoo Kickr Core. 

It's making a rather loud bearing noise and vibration. Is there anyone in Johannesburg/Randburg who services these units apart from going through the agents in Pretoria.

@EmptyB It would be great if you could keep us updated on this. I’m on my 3rd Kickr Core now but I’m out of warranty, so the next time it pops will be on me to sort out.

Gosh, what happened to the other 2?!

@mecheng89 @michaelbiker they just couldn’t handle the raw power that I put out. Simple as that!

Or in reality, they just started making horrific grinding noises. The first time it happened the distributor asked my LBS to try and change the bearings and service it. That didn’t work. So then the distributor supplied a new one. The second time the distributor simply told my LBS to swap it out.
