Go to the gym or start running just don't get lazy sitting at home, otherwise it will be very difficult to come back to riding. ^^^ great advice
OVERDRIVE Posted April 11 Share I'm just not feeling it. Havent even been able to go get my bike from the LBS after a R200 repair. You are not alone.
sias Posted April 12 Share Thank you for everyone's contribution. I have taken this week off and I'll have a braai and a few beers over the weekend and plan on starting next week with a few short MTB rides. I don't have anything planned in the next few months, so there is no immediate pressure. I'll just get going slowly. Thank you to the community! What did they do for R200? Zero missing perhaps? Robbie Stewart and ChrisF

andreas17777 Posted April 12 Share Change which rides you do. If it's not "fun" then don't go. Don't put pressure on a distance, time or waking up super early. Also try and focus on just riding with friends and family until you start liking your bike again.

You might pull in there to get a bill for storage, or it was sold to defray expenses. T&C;s and small print is a thing.
